This month I am gonna show you how to cut fabric with you evolution.
Supplies Needed:
-Onesies
-Fabric
-Dies
Not Shown
-Iron
-Chipboard
First I ironed wonder under to my fabric scraps. For this project I used 2x2 dies so I just needed a tiny bit of fabric. After ironing on the transfer web I cut the fabric into 2x2 squares so they fit perfectly onto the die, you do not need to do this, it just made it easier to see the die.
Place dies on to genius platform {this platform is magnetic so your dies wont slip around}
Place your fabric with the print side down {the wonder under should be facing you not the die}
I also cut some chipboard into 2x2 squares. I placed the chipboard on top of the fabric. This helps the fabric get a clean cut. Sandwich with the “A” cutting mat and run through machine.
Carefully pull your fabric from the die and chipboard.
Now you will need to pull the paper backing from the die cut fabric. I used a straight pin to help separate the two.
Configure your design, and then iron on according to transfer web directions
